Our Story
Custom Home Innovations was started in 2004 by Greg and Elizabeth Sonntag. Greg is a master carpenter and licensed contractor with over 20 years in the industry. After graduating from Colorado State University, Greg worked as a project manager for a Northern Colorado builder until he started the company in 2004. Elizabeth has a background in Project Design and brings unique skills to the company.
